SynthPlanner documentation
SynthPlanner plans synthetic routes for small molecules, prices them, and turns the route you choose into a firm quote for your client.
Getting started
- Sign in at ryniantclient.us with the email address your lab admin invited. Passwords are at least 12 characters.
- Set up two-factor authentication when asked, and keep your recovery codes somewhere safe. A recovery code signs you in if you lose your device.
- Lab admins invite members and choose which features each member can use. A screen you do not have access to says so.
Planning a route
- Open the agent page. Type your target by name or SMILES, or draw it in the structure sketcher. A name is resolved to a structure before the run starts, and the plan card shows the structure and the settings the run will use.
- Start the run. You can stop it at any time, and Retry resumes a stopped run from where it stopped. Unfinished runs are listed in Runs.
- Each route gets a permanent route code, and each molecule one MOL-ID. These are used on every screen, in SOP documents and on quotes.
- The Route view shows each step with its details in a side panel, the route graph and the route's cost. Every reaction carries a citation, and each step lists alternative conditions with pricing.
- Route Explorer can filter to routes your lab can start with what is in your Lab Library. A catalog dot means a supplier lists the material, not that it is in stock.
- The agent can load a saved route and modify it, for example a single step.
Costs and quotes
- Route costs price the starting materials and the reagents for each step's conditions. When something cannot be priced, the cost is shown as a lower bound that says what is missing.
- Stock in your Lab Library inventory is charged only for the shortfall.
- Create a firm quote from a route, with lead-time estimates. The Quoting Model screen sets how your lab quotes, including its rules and terms. A quote states what its price excludes, and any markup is labelled.
- Campaigns keep your clients, their requests and your quotes together.
